Well-maintained facilities and quick check-in process.

My stay was plagued by multiple issues. The room smelled of cigarette smoke despite being labeled as non-smoking, and the towels provided were worn out. there was drilling noise that disrupted our peace until we complained to the front desk.

During my 4-night family trip to explore the city, we found the spacious room very accommodating. It was great being just a short walk to attractions like Hagia Sophia and the Grand Bazaar, which made sightseeing a breeze. The breakfast was a highlight, featuring a variety of Turkish dishes each day, and having big windows in our room allowed fresh air to flow in.

The location is ideal, just minutes from the main market and tram stop, making it easy to explore. Staff members are friendly and accommodating, readily assisting with any needs. the room cleaning was inconsistent, with some days feeling untidy and a persistent odor from the bathroom that wasn't adequately addressed. Breakfast selection was limited and could be improved, leaving some disappointment overall.

The Emporium offers excellent facilities including a business center, which is ideal for business travelers. Located near the Laleli tramway line, access to transport and local shops adds convenience. The Internet corner and WiFi service were valuable for staying connected during my work trip.

Room size is relatively small for an extended stay.
